Tracking the M3. When will it go to the next step?

I love that the BMW website allows me to track the progress of my car being built. However, it's frustrating beyond belief to log in and see that it hasn't moved to the next step yet. Sure, it's still months away, but it sure would be nice to see it progress.

Dinner at a hotel restaurant after the funeral.

I feel like I'm getting spoiled with all this good food, but after the funeral we all went to yet another restaurant for another meal. I thought the previous nights' dinner was really good, but this one was even better. The shot in the middle of the food pics of cousin Dave's "oh so happy expression" is when the next dish came out – with shrimp again – since he was just talking about how he doesn't like shrimp

Afterwards, I wanted to get a shot of everyone at our table (there were 3 other tables). Brian (the "captain" of this trip) decided he wanted to get in all of the shots. We all had a good laugh, and I finally made it into one of the pics from my camera.

At the end of the meal, Ezra decided he wanted to be a photographer too. I think he used up the rest of the image capacity on Ben's camera.

Some of Grandma’s things.

Among this set of images are her engagement rings and a 100+ year old box that was hand-made by my great grandfather.

My grandmother was also a florist/flower arranger. A couple of these images show her certificates/licenses. One is actually on a wood block. Since she loved flowers so much, my uncle said you can often find her using them as bookmarks, which you can also see in one of the bible shots.

Also among the stash was a box full of my grandfathers' stamps. I got to keep then one that showed his personal name.

The typewriter is a family heirloom. My grandfather bought it to teach his children "modern technology" during a time when no one had much at all. The typewriter still works, and we made sure everyone in the family had a chance to type something on it. Since my family wasn't present, I typed all of their names :)

Some shots of the 12 course meal we had for dinner last night.

Sorry for the bad crops...I was a bit distracted, LOL. Also couldn't get the shots before people started digging in, so some of them are half-eaten already. At this table was the "younger" generation comprised mostly of cousins (and their offspring). The aunts and uncles were at a different table.

Taiwanese Breakfast

The best breakfast I've had in years. I think I'm going to have to go back tomorrow. I didn't quite get to sample everything.

Prepare to drool. Taiwan night market photos. Man, was this good.

Way too much good stuff for “one” meal. Pork Sausages, Goat and Beef Barbeque Sticks, Dumplings, BBQ Squid, Quail Eggs, Corn on the Cob, and an amazing dish with oysters, egg, veggies, and some rice porridge type of thing. We also had some really good Guava and some pastries, but I didn't take pictures of everything.
