Toy Store Return Policy
This website only sells items from my personal collection. Purchases from this website are considered final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and return the item within 30 days of your purchase date. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
To make a return, please email toys@kenloh.com with your order number and indicate why you are returning the product. We do not cover shipping costs for returns. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Refund Policy
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
